Delighted to announce we have six wonderful driftwood sculptures by the very talented and much copied Kirsty Elson. Her work has achieved a vast following over the last few years and it has taken us all of two years to secure these six pieces. Following a request from Kirsty, these pieces will not be available online but just to visitors to the gallery.
Their arrival coincides with us beginning to gear up to the move of all information, resources and online store to our new website. This site will continue to run with limited updates. Kirsty's work can be found here.
We are working hard behind the scenes to make the transition seemless, should you encounter any issues please use this address to access the new website and online store: http://onlineceramics.net
We have also just recently confirmed a stand at HIVE, the Harrogate International Visual Arts Expo. This runs from the 20th to 22nd November from the Harrogate International Convention Centre. Please do let us know if you would like to be added to the list for tickets for the private view on Friday 20th November. At this point we are not sure how many tickets we will get but will do our best to make sure you are all invited!
We have also just had a new batch of work from Michael Thacker. As ever, his limestone and gold leaf sculptures provide a spectacle in our window and have been flying out at an ever increasing rate. Might be the sun!
And finally, we have had lots of new ceramics arrive including a large amount of James Faulkner's revolutionary works with utility and poise. New from Tanya Gomez, Ruth King, Mia Sarosi and Brendan Hesmondhalgh too! The gallery is looking at it's best again!
