Charlotte is a British ceramic artist who’s passion for clay began in school and continued through her studies.  During the summer of 2013, Charlotte attained a first class honours degree in Ceramic Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.   Wildlife and   nature   are  key   influences   that   inspire Charlotte. Growing up on a farm and travelling through Southern and Eastern Africa are fundamental experiences that have instilled Charlotte’s affection for the environment.  The combination of both Charlotte’s  passion for all creatures great and small and clay, steers her work to explore different ways to draw attention to the declining wildlife  and   natural world. Charlotte experiments with clay forms, detail, and scale.  Working from her studio, situated in the East Sussex countryside, is where Charlotte’s work comes to life.

Charlotte is very happy to make commission pieces, matching the colour and animal to her clients for a small additional fee. Please contact the gallery for more information.
